For far too often, I’ve had conversations with women and men that have never traveled to a spa or gone away on a retreat. And, when I planned my first women’s retreat in 2018, the event planning organizations I joined were not familiar with the off the grid, beautiful and breathtaking nature venues I had become accustomed to frequenting while on my getaway excursions as a scouting mom and as a retreat attendee.
If this past year has taught us anything, it’s that our wellbeing is of utmost importance. Because of my vested interest in ensuring access to wellness experiences, our mission is to introduce you to a variety of wellness destinations, such as spas, retreats, wellness events, and venues that are designed to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. We’ll also introduce you to self care rituals you can practice in your everyday life while you’re at home.
